Why are people ‘topping up’?

To stand out in their category.

‘Top up’ is a system unique to iamTalent whereby a member can increase the value of their square in order to affect its exposure in the search results.  The 4 highest valued squares in each category will appear in yellow to stand out in the search results, all other squares are coloured blue and randomly placed.  In addition, the 5 highest valued squares on the entire site appear on the homepage for maximum exposure.

How do I ‘top-up’?

After logging into your square, simply enter the edit area and type in the amount you would like to top-up by.  Your new square value will appear immediately and your square will be coloured accordingly.
